Becoming a Student at Churchill Community High School

OPENING DOORS FOR NEW BEGINNINGS

At Churchill, we are all here for our own reasons, but what we all have in common is that we are looking for a fresh start and a new beginning.  If you are not happy with how things are, you have the opening to change that.  

Please follow the following steps if you are interested in attending CCHS:

1. Call CCHS main office to make an enrollment interview meeting

• Please call the main office at (248)588-5050 ext. 1502

• 18+ students can make the appointment, 

  • Parent/guardian may do so and attend meetings as well

• Under 18 a parent or guardian must make appointment and attend with potential student

2. Send current transcript and IEP or 504 if applicable

• Documents should be sent at least 2 days before the meeting

3. Complete enrollment documents if student is accepted into the program after the enrollment interview

• Transferring from Royal Oak High School, there is no additional paperwork required

• Out-of-district students must complete enrollment paperwork

  • Registration information can be found on Royal Oak Schools website

  • Documents that will be needed:

    • Immunization record

    • A copy of a birth certificate
